- dedicated email under your domain to send all the reports from
- setup limits of the number of competitors that can be added to a domain
- add multiple users with role-based access to manage or view the platform reports.
How to use it?
Access the White-label page from the bottom-left sidebar menu Your name -> White-label: https://app.competitors.app/whitelabel#general
Features
Custom domain
This feature allows you to have your own subdomain (or even a new domain) to access Competitors App platform under your own brand.
- Master-switch - can switch the entire white-label feature On/Off. When Off, it will ignore any of the settings below or in the other tabs.
- Setting a custom domain like: `reports.yourdomain.com` and configuring the CNAME to point to cname.competitors.app will make the platform available using that domain. You can log in, browse, ... do anything that you can do on competitors.app. It will take between 1 hour and 24 hours after you've set up the CNAME to automatically install the SSL (https) and use the custom domain. Keep in mind that you can also setup your own domain like (competitors-my-brand.com).
Branding
Easily enter your brand details so they are included in the reports and on the custom domain.
Mailer
The mailer tab is the most complex one. It allows you to set up all the emails that are sent from our platform to you or your sub-users.
- Create a new email on your hosting server. Enter the username (usually the full email) and password in the Credentials sub-tab.
- Enter the SMTP Server settings in the specific tab (usually Port 465 on SSL or TLS).
- On the General tab, enter what you would like to show as the Sender name, email address, and reply-to address.
- (optional) On the Design sub-tab, enter some paragraphs that will show up in the header and footer of the emails or PDF reports.
When you click "Update", the system will automatically check if the credentials are ok, and it will alert you on the General page if there is an error.

Domain limits
You can use this feature if you allow your clients to have managing rights to the domains you allow. They can add/remove competitors, but here you can set a maximum limit. This is useful in case they are paying you a fixed amount, but your cost increases with each competitor that is being added (so you will want to limit that).
Keep in mind that you benefit from volume-based discounts, that will count all competitors in your account; so you, as an agency, will pay a lot less.
Role-based sub-users
From the Users page, you can invite your team or your clients. Only invite your clients after you've set up your white label (including your email settings).
Conclusion
Using Competitors App white-label solution will allow you to provide a lot of valuable reports to your clients, and you can bill them as much as you'd like. You can also combine it with reports from other tools to make a nice package for the client.
